Refund Policy
If Noteasy is not for you, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first charge of a billing period.
Gift cards
Unredeemed gift cards can be refunded to the purchaser. Redeemed cards cannot.
How to ask
Write to us from the email on your account with the receipt number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
